Becky, our Embroidery and Sewing Machine tutor, brings over 20 years of hands-on industry experience. She’ll answer your questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide you step-by-step so you feel confident using your machine to its full potential.

Tim, our Embroidery Software and Computing tutor, is an expert in his field. He teaches our advanced classes and provides clear, practical one-to-one training to help you master PFAFF embroidery software with ease.
