Foundation paper piecing is the traditional precision piecing method used to produce perfect points and accurate blocks. The mySewnet / Premier Software packages lend themselves perfectly to creating foundation piecing designs which can be stitched out using your embroidery machines. Unlike the traditional method, once you’ve prepared your design, it is simple to adjust and create blocks of varying sizes, and to repeat stitch-out with a high-degree of accuracy. In this workshop, you will learn the necessary techniques to create an in-the-hoop foundation piecing block. Multiple blocks can easily be stitched out at home to create a cushion, table-runner, wall-hanging or full-sized quilt.
