JOIE DE VIVRE REDWORK & MORE Moda fabrics and French General have launched another stunning collection with a panel for Redwork Embroidery. Today we will spend a considerable amount of time together making patchwork blocks and enjoying hand embroidery plus a few edible treats to keep us going. Complete kits will be available on the day or you can choose your fabrics as you go along. The flexible timetable for the day is 9am, begin making patchwork blocks, 11am, begin an hours hand embroidery enabling consumpation of sweet treats. Mid-day, more machining of blocks with a quick snack break for lunch on-the-go, 2pm, relax and hand embroider some more. 3pm onwards, whatever technique you would like to continue with and at 4pm, more tea and cakes whilst we discuss putting the blocks together, layering up to quilt, adding lace and ribbon to embellish etc. All in all, a fun, relaxing and rewarding day.
